1️⃣ The size of Chinese shoes is generally smaller than shoes in other countries such as Europe, Brazil, Mexico, and Russia etc. So please select the correct size according to our size instructions.

2️⃣ The lines around the shoes are hand-painted. It's inevitable that they'll show irregular thickness; perfection just isn't achievable.

3️⃣ EVA slipper is one-piece injection molded, and may come with slight rough edges which can be easily trimmed with scissors.

2️⃣ and 3️⃣ are not quality issues, but rather a minor imperfection. If you mind such details, please reconsider your purchase.
