30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important — Dropshipping Returns As we work with a network of global suppliers (including AutoDS, Avasam, CJdropshipping, DSers, AliExpress, and Zopi Dropshipping), return addresses vary by order and supplier. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will confirm the correct return address and instructions for your specific order once your return is approved.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at orders@allmartbristol.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the relevant return instructions and address. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@allmartbristol.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
