30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important — Dropshipping Returns
We work with global suppliers (AutoDS, Avasam, CJdropshipping, DSers, AliExpress, Zopi Dropshipping). Return addresses vary by order and supplier. Please contact us before sending any item back.
How to Start a Return
Email orders@allmartbristol.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at orders@allmartbristol.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care and hygiene items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
Return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact orders@allmartbristol.com.
